**The Construction**

Our smokehouses incorporate the best insulation in the industry, utilizing 10 mm thicker insulation material than any competing model. The drainage system is customized for site-specific requirements, operating with an automatic open/closed feature. The interior is designed without sharp corners or edges, while the double-insulated doors feature a heavy-duty glass window supported by robust hinges for long-lasting durability. Additionally, our no-drip ceiling enhances overall functionality.

Further Information

Our smoke generator is built entirely from stainless steel, ensuring it is powerful, reliable, healthy, and safe. It includes an automatic feed mixer, a fire extinguisher controlled by the smokehouse computer, smoke temperature monitoring, an air regulator to adjust smoke intensity, and a smoke generation temperature that minimizes the release of harmful benzopyrenes.

A notable feature of the SCOTT smokehouse is its integrated humidity generation system. Fine spray nozzles atomize water sourced from the hot water connection directly into the turbines, converting tiny droplets into a delicate mist. This mist evaporates before it reaches the heat source, effectively preventing the negative effects of cold water on hot elements.
